Solid Matter Travel provides corporate travel management services across Africa and between the UAE and Africa, operating from Johannesburg, South Africa and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We arrange flights, accommodation, ground transfers, visa coordination, group and MICE travel, and provide traveller support. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers.
A quote is an offer based on availability and pricing at the time of issue and is not a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed only once we issue written confirmation and any required payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change until ticketed or confirmed by the supplier. Payment terms are set out in your quote or corporate account agreement.
Changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules and policies of the relevant airline, hotel or supplier, which may involve fees or non-refundable amounts. We will always advise the applicable rules before you confirm.
Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports and meeting entry requirements. We coordinate visa applications through trusted partners but are not a visa authority and cannot guarantee issuance, which rests with the relevant government.
Travel services are delivered by third-party suppliers under their own terms and conditions, which apply to your booking in addition to these terms.
We exercise professional care in selecting suppliers and managing arrangements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts, omissions or failures of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, strikes or government action. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
